Police arrest suspect in 5 shootings


On Tuesday March 15th, The Washington Metro police have said to have arrested a man suspected in 5 shootings stretching from NYC to Washington DC. Police in both cities have released surveillance camera footage of the suspect and asked for the publics help in identifying him. The gunman in the 5 cases went around and stalked and shot homeless people in their sleep. The suspect is currently being interviewed at DC polices homicide branch. Police are expected to give the gunman’s identity next tuesday. The suspect is a 30 year old male and a resident of Washington DC with a criminal past. New york police have reported that the last shooting happened as early as last weekend where the victim was shot in the neck and head and died of his injuries. As of now the ruling on the case is not known but will be developing in the coming weeks with updates expected next week.
