Advice for Brooklyn Summers

“Dear Shark Attack, I have a work problem. Whenever I get to work I have panic attacks during the job -Brooklyn Summers” Personally ive had this problem too and all I can say is take a few days off and practice a few exercises to calm down. Breathing exercises really helped me destress during work. Dont come in on busy days like saturday or friday as well. Working can be a stressful thing for teens and people like your boss understand that. Ask them for a few days off and mentally prepare yourself for the next time you go in. Maybe if your in the service industry go into something like the retail business. Another choice if you can is just take off work all together to take a few days to weeks and practice being able to calm down in a work environment. I wish you the best and good luck !!
