Man Tries to Get Into a Tiger Enclosure

On Monday, february 21, a man was arrested for entering a tiger enclosure.

A Woecester man broke into the Franklin Park Zoo in Boston. After he had broken in he tried to get into a tiger enclosure.

Matthew Abraham, 24, allegedly climbed over a gate into the zoo at around 9 a.m., scaled several fences and ignored warning signs but was unable to gain access to the tiger enclosure,” investigators said.

When the workers tried to approach the man he had run off but security quickly caught him.

“I think the man deserves to be in Jail. Not only did he put himself in danger but he also put other people in danger by trying to go into the tiger cage,” says Maia.

Mathew Abraham was arrested and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.

“I am glad Mathew got charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct; he probably scared the tigers,” says Maia.
