Most people are dog people, so here are some facts about dogs first.  Dalmations are actually born without spots, they are born with a white fur coat.  A dog’s sense of smell is 1000x times greater than ours.  Imagine all of the “unknown” smells that are common to them but humans have never smelt.  Dogs also have 28 baby teeth and end up having 42 adult teeth, for some people that is almost 2x the amount.

The other popular house breed is cats.  Cats do not have a collarbone, they have tiny rudimentary collar bones that make it possible for all of the small places they squeeze into.  As most people know cats always clean themselves.  Cats spend at least 30% of their life cleaning themselves.  Cats have 4 rows of whiskers and they are so sensitive that they can tell the smallest change in air current.
